2nd Education Conference Motivate and Attract Students to Science 2015


UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Centre in collaboration with the Motivate and Attract to Science Project team and the GLOBE Program Regional Coordination Office Europe and Eurasia are pleased to invite the science teaching community to participate in 2nd Education Conference ‘Motivate and Attract Students to Science’.

The event will take place in Warsaw (Poland) on 25-27th November 2015

What is on agenda?

  • 2-hours training sessions on three major challenges that stimulate the progress in teaching science attractively and effectively: Science for Digital Learners, Early Inquiry, Low Achievers in Science
  • teaching materials i.e. tutorials, hands-on lessons and teacher training materials widely disseminated;
  • time to get to know the materials and to experiment with them under supervision of qualified training professionals;
  • chance to meet colleagues and other professionals from the field of science education and sustainability
  • SCIENCE WORKSHOP organized in cooperation with the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw – the leading science education centre in Poland (http://www.kopernik.org.pl/en)
