Hydrology protocols not visible

Unfortunately, the hydrology protocols are not visible for me at the page they are supposed to be posted: http://www.globe.gov/web/hydrology/protocols. Please see the attached screen capture of the issue. It appears they may be getting covered over by the graphics on the page. I tried two browsers and had the same issue. The protocol pages for the other investigation areas appear to be fine.

If it helps, when I paste that same link into my browser, I do see the protocol links under the 4 pictures.

Logged in as you, works fine. Check it again, If you are still having issues please clear your Browser cache.
