    <summary type="html">Have you ever wondered how to collect data using a &lt;a href="https://www.globe.gov/"&gt;GLOBE&lt;/a&gt; protocol and compare that data to that of a &lt;a href="https://smap.jpl.nasa.gov/"&gt;satellite&lt;/a&gt; flying at over 15,000 Mph (24,140 Kmh)?
