    <summary type="html">Students of the Primary School Jurija Dalmatina in Krško joined the Green-up spring campaign. They are observing the Betula pendula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Activity 1: In 5th grade Natural Science class, students reviewed photosynthesis. We used the fit method.&lt;br /&gt;Activity 2: The first and second buds opened on March 31, 2025. Students learned about the carbon cycle and drew a map for city Krško, Slovenia.&lt;br /&gt;Activity 3: Students measured that the circumference of the trunk is 153 cm and determined the approximate age of the tree to be 96 years. Our tree stores approximately 13.6 kg of carbon each year.</summary>
