Greetings from NASA and the ICESat-2 Mission,

I thought I would share this with the phenology campaign, as it might be a fun parallel activity to what the campaign is currently doing.

WE NEED YOUR SHORT 30-SECOND VIDEOS!!!

As part of the ICESat-2 Mission, we are doing a very cool project called, “You and Your Tree.” Since the ICESat-2 Satellite will be measuring the height of our planet, trees included, we are hoping that you can share with us some cool ideas about your favorite trees. These can be trees in your yard, neighborhood, on a trip, anywhere.

By sending in a short video, you have a chance of your video being part of a global NASA feature video for an upcoming citizen science project.

Learn more about it here: https://icesat-2.gsfc.nasa.gov/articles/you-your-tree

Brian
