I wanted to analyze GLOBE (precipitation) data to characterize the last EL NINO ... .I founded only 2 sites with exploitable data! Lourdes Public Charter School (Oregon) and The Canyon Weather (near Pomona, California) It is therefore difficult to make a real analysis with so little data, it&#39;s a pity ..
