At the Srednja trgovska in aranžerska šola Ljubljana, we educate students for the professions of a merchant and an arranging technician. The building where the classes take place was built in 1962. After the construction of the building, plane trees were planted around it. We do not know why they decided to do so since this is not an indigenous species of trees in our country.</span></span><br /><span style="font-size: 10px;"><span style="font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif">The trees provide shade for us on hot summer days. However, in the autumn and winter, they annoy our janitor a little, as they shed their leaves for a very long time. Sometimes they only finish shedding in December.</span></span><br /><span style="font-size: 10px;"><span style="font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif">We have chosen two trees for observation.
