I don't think that is the most appropriate calculation for counting students reeached.

In my case, if I counted my teachers (let's say 250) for 1, and the number of students these teachers will work with in Iowa for 2 (250 teachers * 60 students per teacher = 15000) and the same value for the number of students doing GLOBE 'under my partnership' (also 15000) then my calculates number becomes 30250...but that is counting them twice. The most accurate calculation might be to add the number of students I say I reach personally to the number of students each of my schools in my partnership unbrella and make that my count. And have the state/province regional count = to the sum of all student counts for organizations within the region independent of the partnerships?

If the site stays as it is then we need more guidance about how to calculate the student counts for the page.Marcy Seavey2013-07-29T13:34:45Z
