This research aims to study soil quality in the areas of Ban Khinak and Ban Khinak Noi, TumSubdistrict, Prang Ku District, Sisaket Province. The study focuses on assessing soil quality and analyzing the impacts of physical and chemical factors in order to support soil management planning and soil resource conservation. In addition, the research seeks to raise community awareness of the importance of local soil resources, enabling farmers and community members to properly manage and improve soil for correct and sustainable agricultural use. Soil samples were collected from the study areas to measure key pedological parameters, including soil acidity–alkalinity (pH), soil electrical conductivity (EC), organic matter content, and essential macronutrients required for plant growth. The results of the study indicate that the soil quality in Ban Khinak, Ban Khinak Noi, and surrounding areas possesses physical and chemical properties suitable for agricultural use. With proper management practices, the area can be developed into an efficient cultivation zone in accordance with agricultural soil quality standards. These findings demonstrate that local soil resources have sufficient potential to support agricultural production and enhance household-level food security.
