At summer, below the Subtropical High, the monsoon will sworn up together and formed a tropical depression.As it moves along ,it will become larger or smaller depends on the route it goes, we could also look at the satellite images and weather charts of it compare to the disaster it has made, impacts between the high pressure and the low pressure.
