Wetland is a unique ecosystem where organisms diversity differ in water levels .Our research focuses on the effect of water acidity and water conductivity , water temperature on the presence of bacteries in different water depths in a wetland .The results indicate that there is a significant relation between abiotic factors and biotic factors (bacteria) in this case .This unique aquatic environment should be preserved due to the fact wetlands have been compared to kidneys. The analogy is good one. Wetlands and kidneys both help control water flow and clean the system.

1.Your report did not contains an Abstract Section. I suggest that you should include an Abstract in your report.
2.you did not include why the research questions are important in your report
3.I discovered that your second hypothesis is conflicting and your combined more variables in your second hypothesis.
4. You have really done a great work under this report. You discussed extensively the step by step procedures you followed in your report and that added a lot of beauty to your report. The Objectives were not stated.

Congratulations on your study!
a) to what do you attribute the fall in the temperature shown in your graphics?
b) have you considered the error bars on your measurements? How do explain the sudden drops of the graphs?
c) how precise do you consider your experiment?

Again, congratulations, very interesting material, really valuable approach, I agree you should have considered to add an abstract and to limit your research so you could extract more precise conclusions.
