Observe Nature
Observe Nature
Looking at the world around you is an important first step in scientific research. There are many ways to explore the world and to help identify the area you want to investigate. The most basic way we make observations is with our senses. You can practice using your senses to make observations with the Water Detectives Learning Activity.
Consider these images...
How many different types of clouds do you see? How do they differ?
|
How do plants near a stream affect the water?
|
When do trees start to lose their leaves in the fall?
|
What other questions would you ask, as an observer of nature?
