GLOBE Announces the 2021 GLOBE IVSS! Informational Webinar on 07 October 2020 – Reports Due 10 March 2021
Yes, it’s once again time to gear up your curiosity; ignite your scientific imagination; refine your ability to question, examine, and study; and engage in the 2020 GLOBE International Virtual Science Symposium (IVSS)! And, keeping in mind the guidelines set by local governments with regard to COVID-19 precautions, this year’s focus is on data analysis! The due date for projects will be 10 March 2021, so mark your calendars.  >>

U.S. GLOBE Teachers and Partners: There will be no Watercooler this Friday (28 August) or Friday, 02 September. The weekly Watercoolers will now be held on Thursdays, beginning 10 September.  >>

Montverde Academy’s Eyes on the Ground Sharpen NASA’s View of the Sky
Dr. Caryn Long and her middle school students at Monteverde Academy (FL) team with NASA Langley to study contrails using GLOBE. Caryn asked her students this summer to name the most memorable thing they will take with them 20 years from now about sixth grade science. “Ninety percent said the GLOBE protocols,” she said.  >>
