European region witnessed 48 schools from 7 countries competing in the 2017 Earth Day video Contest. Although all the videos submitted were excellent, only one got the opportunity to be featured in the Earth Day 2017 GLOBE Broadcast. Nevertheless we want to present all of them now. >>

In the fall of2016, students in Dr. Kevin Czajkowski’s Weather and Climate class at the University of Toledo developed projects based on El Niño. The students in the class looked at GLOBE data from a part of the world in which El Niño has an effect. The students were also tasked with doing research on El Niño and La Niña to learn more about these events. >>

GLOBE eTraining consists of multiple downloadable training modules, interactive digital field and lab experiences, online assessments for each module, and access to support through online discussion forums.
