2017 IVSS in Need of Mentors and Judges!

2017 IVSS GISN Student photo

The 2017 IVSS is still in need of mentors and judges! Judges can be members of the GISN, interested grad students, GLOBE alumni, or anyone with an interest in this scientific and educational endeavor.

The 2017 GLOBE IVSS will showcase student research projects from around the world. With GLOBE, students learn the practices of science through hands-on investigations in their own communities, sparking their curiosity and interest in science. This often leads to inquiries that help solve real-world problems and further understanding of our global environment.

If you are interested in sharing your expertise and would like to judge research projects or help mentor students, please fill out the Interest Form  today! (If you would like to volunteer for both options, please check both boxes on the Form.)

Students:  Are you looking for a mentoring scientist to help with your project? Click here! There are many scientists ready and waiting to help you.

Keep in mind that all student projects are due on 03 April 2017 and judging will take place 23 through 29 April 2017. If you have any questions, please contact help@globe.gov.
