GLOBE Community: The Community Support Team (CST) “Hotline” has been temporarily disabled due to technical issues.

If you need assistance, please contact CST via email (globehelp@ucar.edu) or via this contact page (which also shares many FAQs, Community Multimedia Resources, IT Support/Feedback Forum and more!): https://www.globe.gov/support/contact.

GLOBE’s CST is available weekdays, Monday through Friday, during regular operation hours. If you submit a question during the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, CST will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible on the following Monday.
