The GLOBE Community Support Team is available to assist you (Monday - Friday). Any inquires submitted on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be answered as soon as possible on Monday. Our toll-free number is 1-800-858-9947. We are available to schedule an online meeting, during which we can share our screen to better help you learn how to use the website. Please include times and days you are available to meet.
