- Italy – 22 years (21 January 1997)
- Latvia – 21 years (27 January 1998)
- Moldova – 24 years (30 January 1995)
- Palau – 22 years (30 January 1997)
- Philippines – 20 years (14 January 1999)
- Togo – 01 year (30 January 2018)
