Weather for Flying
Participants in the AREN Project have found that since they have started flying kites, they have developed a greater interest in the weather. Many AREN participants have their own weather stations and report their data to the public as well as to the GLOBE Program. Here you will find an assortment of weather stations that may help you decide if "today is a good day to fly." But most importantly learn how to fly a kite properly and fly safely.
