Join the GLOBE Mission EARTH Teacher Webinar 07 November: “Why Does the Sky Color Change?”

A GLOBE Mission EARTH teacher webinar will be held on Tuesday, 07 November, 8:00 p.m. ET, entitled “Why Does the Sky Color Change?” A student follow-up webinar will occur on Friday, 10 November, 1:00 p.m. ET.

The teacher webinar will discuss answers to the “Why does the sky color change?” Participants will hear more about the aerosol campaign and what students will be learning about on Friday. The webinar features inspirational scientist Jessica Taylor from NASA’s Langley Research Center (LaRC), and two GLOBE teachers (Maureen Wickenheiser and Kelly Reeves) and their students. 

Use this simple form to collect sky color data throughout the week with your students. Then join the GLOBE Mission Earth webinar where students answer the question: “What color is the sky today?”
