A NASA STEM Educator Professional Development Collaborative (EPDC) webinar, “Explore NASA STEM Resources,” is geared toward educators in grades K-12. During the one-hour webinar, which will be held on Thursday, 12 July (5:00 p.m. ET), participants will explore NASA STEM resources, including The GLOBE Program, Space Place, Climate Kids, NASA Wavelength, My NASA Data, Space Math, and Exploring Ice.  >>

Tip of the Week: The GLOBE International STEM Network (GISN) is now accepting early career STEM professional. This GISN subgroup will consist of members who are upper-level undergraduate or master's students pursuing a degree in a STEM field, as well as recent graduates who are working in STEM fields who have less than five years’ experience.  >>

In June, the third of three Regional Mosquito Trainings (RMTs) took place as part of the GLOBE Zika Education and Prevention project (funded through support from the U.S. Department of State). More than 100 representatives from 49 GLOBE countries attended the RMTs.  >>

The article discusses how educators in rural Alaska assessed and implemented strategies for indigenous youth to use GLOBE protocols to study local changes in climate.  >>
