The UCAR Center for Science Education is comprised of staff with expertise in the atmospheric and related sciences and science education. Our mission is to develop state-of-the-art educational experiences that connect UCAR science to diverse learners, creating pathways towards a scientifically literate society.

The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) is a consortium of universities and colleges in North America that offer degrees in the atmospheric sciences. UCAR operates the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder, Colorado.
