GLOBE/SMAP Soil Moisture Campaign Webinar: 10 December
NASA's Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) mission measures soil moisture from space. SMAP has applications in science, agriculture, and environmental management, each of them vital to Earth's health and sustainability. From understanding the processes that link the water, carbon, and energy cycles to improving weather and climate prediction models, SMAP will advance environmental knowledge.
The GLOBE/SMAP Soil Moisture Measurement Campaign Webinar will be held Thursday, 10 December, at 2 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (7 p.m. UTC).
The topics for this webinar are:
- Shout-out to the Top Three collection schools
- Reporting by teams collecting data
