Workshop: Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center, Maryland, United States
For Anne Arundel County Public Schools teachers only. Register on ERO (SRN 8360518003) AND on this website. School grounds for learning workshop. See the grounds around your school as a resource for sparking student interest in science and the environment. This full day workshop will give participants a chance to get outside and get hands-on experience with several learning activities, and build confidence in taking students outdoors. We'll focus on data-driven issues investigations, and how your students can collect meaningful data with The GLOBE Program On the day of the workshop, be prepared to spend a majority of the day outside. Wear sturdy shoes and dress in layers. Workshop will run from 8:00 - 2:30. Please bring a bagged lunch and snacks if desired.  >>
