This area of the site is not intended to replace a call to your normal Help Desk representative; it is to give you a place to leave a comment and to see comments from others (to get a sense of what areas of trouble others are having or features that other users are requesting).

How can I modify my training data?

I was trying to modify my profile, I am Country Coordinator but I have also been trained, but I can't add this data to my profile. Is this automatic or should I add this info to the website, and how?
Another question related to this, is that as the system does not recognize me as trained, does not allow me to enter data to a school or even practising to enter data in a virtual school or site. I need the permission to do this, or at least, enter as Country Coordinator to help teachers to enter data in their school sites, because most of them do not write in English and need my support.
Can you help me with that issues? Thanks.
