This area of the site is not intended to replace a call to your normal Help Desk representative; it is to give you a place to leave a comment and to see comments from others (to get a sense of what areas of trouble others are having or features that other users are requesting).

Image Gallery doesn't work properly

Some teachers have problems with Image Gallery tab. It seems that they can't upload the image. The only options they have are upload folder, edit or delete it. Teachers are school managers of their pages. Could you please look what is wrong? Sorry to disturb you again, but it seems that the problem with Image Gallery still exists (at least for some teachers in Ukraine). Many old GLOBE schools in Ukraine don't have the option of downloading images (only Add Folder). Are you still seeing this - I just double checked, and I can add images and folders in the first school you listed.  I "impersonated" the teacher, Myroslava, went to their school page and was able to see the options.  Perhaps they can try it with a different browser? Not sure what else would be causing an issue.
