This area of the site is not intended to replace a call to your normal Help Desk representative; it is to give you a place to leave a comment and to see comments from others (to get a sense of what areas of trouble others are having or features that other users are requesting).

I will check and get the vieo fixed. If you need to view the video now. You can righ click on the video, then select copy video URL from menu, then open a new page and paste the URL into the address bar. The video should start downloading. Once downloading is done, you can play it on your computer.

I posted that video, but couldn't get the right compression for it to display properly...that's why it's on an unlinked page.
