Dear Sir

Please write me the instructions  how to add photos into the image gallery 
It doesn't give me the permission to add and also it writes that I should me a member .
I don't understand what is needed 
Please up date me , yet  I would like to know the instructions to post a Globe Event in my school where can i post it so that every Globe school can see it
