Hello,

I would like to know how using the School Status Reports instrument one can see how many measurements a school has made in a month. Surely, you can choose last report date. For example, form 1 to 31 January, 2016 and it will show schools which made observations during that period. But the amont of observations will be total, not for that period. Is there any way I can see how many measurements a school has entered for a certain period of time? For example, to say this school was the best in January, February etc. Thank you.

Unfortunately the school status report only provides information on which school has submitted data, how much data and how recently did they submit.   One way that might work for you...Go to the new Advanced Data Access tool:

http://datasearch.globe.gov/

Use the filters on the left to select your country (Ukraine) and the data range you are interested in.  The tool will tell you all the sites which have reported data in the Ukraine within the data range you've selected.  You can select "Download Summary Data" to get an excel export of all the schools, sites and number of measurements by protocol within the time frame you've defined. You could then sort the spreadsheet by protocol and number of measurements to see who has entered the most data.

I attached an example which would tell you who has entered the most data in the last year in Ukraine.
