Recent events/new not displayed at country pages

Hello,
the last news/events on list that you can see displayed on country pages is dated back to 2015. No 2016 posts displayed there. I also tried to filter that by 2016, but there is no such filtering option - just 2013, 2014 and 2015. Checked this at the country page of Italy, Czech Republic and Netherlands, however it might apply to all country pages (was logged in).

I noticed that something was wrong with my calendar too. If I try and click on the US country events list, an old version of my Science Fair event comes up without the most recent  updates.
