Error in data entry app

I've just downloaded Data Entry App from Google Store. I managed to log in. When I try to download the forms and error occurs ("An error has occurred. Please try again").

I use Sony Xperia smartphone with Android 4.4.4. GLOBE Observer app does not work with this version of the Android. Is the same problem with Data Entry App?

GLOBE Observer currently requires Android version 5.x.  We will be looking to see what we can do to support older versions after our next release.

Is the same problem with Data Entry app? I still get error message when I try to download forms.
