This area of the site is not intended to replace a call to your normal Help Desk representative; it is to give you a place to leave a comment and to see comments from others (to get a sense of what areas of trouble others are having or features that other users are requesting).

Trainers not showing up in trainer list

The trainer list seems to be incomplete / not match member account records. I'm trying to add myself as a trainer to my own workshop and "seavey" turns up no results. My profile says that I have the inherited role of:

Trainers Power User

and should be listed under every basic/advanced protocol.

The issue is that your (and other trainers) training history has not been imported yet. Please contact the help desk at help@globe.gov for assistance on this issue.
