I thought that there was already a thread about this created during the partner meeting, but I could not find the post so starting a new thread.

In my account I have selected a limited number of protocols for 2 of my sites and moved those protocols from "Available Procedures Based no my sites" to "My Procedures"

as I understand it, that should almost move those sites/procedures to the top of my student's account under the heading "My Teacher's procedures"

I am logged into my owe account and my student account in side by side windows (IE and Firefox).

My teacher account has 10 data entry options on 2 sites at the top (My Procedures) and the remaining sites/protocols at the bottom (Available procedures based on my sites)
My student account says "No entries available" under "My Teacher's Procedures" and all of the possible protocols in the lower box "Available Procedures Based on My teacher's Sites"

The teacher account consistently has the 10 data entry options I want to make available at the top (persists through a logout). So why can't my student see these options?

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I don't see a "save" or "submit" or any other thing I can do to make the choices in the teacher account viewable by the student account.

I can see what you're talking about. Your student can enter data, but doesn't have the same list that you've selected for My Procedures. Will investigate further.
