Difficult to define the greening protocol

Greetings 
I am  a Globe teacher  from Al Gazali  Elementary school  in  Kfar Kassem , Israel .
I  have difficulty to define  the fig tree  in the greening  protocol .
When I enter data and define the  tree  it writes  INTERNAL SERVER ERROR . 
PLEASE  help  me to enter  the tree details : Ficus Carcica

To add a tree to your data entry site first you'll need to edit your site using these instructions as a guide:
https://www.globe.gov/support/faqs/globe-website-tutorials/sites

You'll need to click on 'Edit Site' rather than 'Add Site'

In the left hand column under 'Add site type' check the box for 'Greening'

A new section for Greening will appear on the page

Click on 'Edit' next to 'Greening' to make the section editable

Add a Comment to the 'Comment' section saying something like 'Added Fig Tree'

Click on 'Add plant'

For 'Vegitation Type' set 'Tree'

For 'Genus' set 'Ficus'

For 'Species' set 'ficus'

For 'Label' name it whatever you like, perhaps 'Ficus/Fig Tree'

Click on 'Update Site'

Now you can go to https://data.globe.gov and do a new observation under Greening
