Changing a GLOBE Observer account to a GLOBE Members account

Hello Cornell and David,

I would like to ask you for help with changing a GLOBE Observer account to a GLOBE Members (Full Member). My request concerns two teachers from the 8th Primary School of Nea Filadelfeia, Athens, Greece: Ioannis Makris and Stavroula Skiada (sskiada@yahoo.gr).

Both of them have created a GLOBE Observer account and got an e-training. Later, their accounts were associated with the school account of the 8th Primary School of Nea Filadelfeia, Athens school account, The 8th Primary School of Nea Filadelfeia is a GLOBE school.
However, the status of the teachers could not be changed. Could you please do that?

Both users are now GLOBE Members.  Country Coordinators should be able to change this as well.  Thanks.
