Greetings from Croatia,  OS Banija Karlovac.
We compared our Green-up measurements of the birch with measurements from Rivne Young Naturalists Station , Ukraine.
Our birch budbursted on March 18th,2019. Birch in Ukraine budbursted a month later, it was on April 17th, 2019. Our elevation is 103,0 m and their is 196,0 m. There are no great differences between elevation of our two schools  and we think that this difference has no great influence on budbursting.  In the observed period of time the air temeratures differ, in Ukraine the air temperature was lower.  We think  that was the reason for later budbursting.
