Autumn 2020 - Activity 1: My Tree

Hello!
My name is Ankica Veseljić and I am a GLOBE teacher at OŠ Banija. My students continue to observe a birch (lat.Betula pendula).
These are the location of our trees and tree height and circumference:
Birch 1                                            Birch 2
Latitude: 45.4992                            Latitude: 45.5069
Longitude. 15.5517                         Longitude: 15.4992
elevation: 126.0 m                          elevation:  209.0 m
tree height: 20,17m                          tree height: 17,55m
circumference: 200 cm                    circumference: 150 cm
 
The leaves on our birches are still green,  all leaves are  5GY:4/8. The air temperature is 22 degrees and the soil is dry.
