Great to see all the phenological activities all across Europe. The early flowering species like snowdrop, hazel and coltsfoot were flowering three to even four weeks earlier than they used to do 50 years ago due to the warm winter. The average temperature during the meteorological winter (December, January and February) was 4.4 degrees Celsius. 50 years ago the average temperature was 1.8 degrees Celsius. Currently it is relatively cold so I expect that the flowering of species like birch will not be that early. Below you see one of the birch trees that I follow with the GrowApp already since 30 March 2017. See the whole series of more than 200 photo's: https://growapp.today/#/?activePhoto=5830&activePhotoSet=5830&fullScreen=true
Also nice to see how our 'landscape' and houses are changing over time. Three years ago they installed solar panels on the roof.
