Our Оаk. Activity 3. Kovel. Ukraine

Greetings from Ukraine, Kovel, Station of Young Naturalists, Maisak Natalia. Finally, the buds of our oak began to open! We already have small leaves. Last year it happened in mid-April. That is 2 weeks earlier. In our opinion, the reason is the too cool spring of 2021.
We cooperate with Ivana Brlić-Mažuanić Virovitica Elementary School from Croatia. They are also watching the oak. There were small leaves on their tree on April 15. We are more than 3 weeks behind.
I wish everyone interesting observations.
