Greetings from Ukraine, Kovel young naturalists station.
We have a beautiful warm autumn (+ 12-14 in the afternoon), but cold mornings. Three days in a row there were frosts to -3.
Our oak (h = 8m) quickly changes color: there are already many red leaves or half green-yellow-brown. The leaves partially fall off. Near our educational institution there is another big oak, over 17 m high. So the leaves have almost completely fallen from that big oak. The distance between the oaks is about 50m. Why is this happening ???
We have distance learning and disappointing forecasts. BUT: we hope that everything will be fine !!!
