Activity 1 – My Tree- birch

Hello from Primary school Banija!
My name is Ankica Veseljić and  my students continue to observe a birch (lat.Betula pendula).
These are the locations of our trees and tree height and circumference:
Birch 1                                            Birch 2
Latitude: 45.4992                            Latitude: 45.5069
Longitude. 15.5517                         Longitude: 15.4992
elevation: 126.0 m                          elevation:  209.0 m
tree height: 19,58m                          tree height: 20,45m
circumference: 200 cm                    circumference: 155 cm
 21th September 2022 the leaves on our birches are still green, all leaves are 5G:4/2.
The air temperature is 16°C.
