Help GLOBE Reach “Match to a Million: The GLOBE Program’s Countdown to a Million Satellite Matches”
Cloud observations submitted to The GLOBE Program, and to the program’s app, GLOBE Observer, are “pulled” by the NASA GLOBE Clouds team at NASA Langley Research Center (NASA LaRC) and matched to satellite data. GLOBE is fast approaching one million satellite matches – and the program needs your help to ensure that this goal is reached by the time the GLOBE Annual Meeting takes place in July.

GLOBE Students: Video On! Produce a Video for the Spotlite Video Challenge: Cloud Detectives
GLOBE student video production teams are invited to help increase people's understanding of science by producing a video to correct a science misconception. Participate in the Spotlite Video Challenge: Cloud Detectives and demonstrate how to do a hands-on activity, including taking GLOBE cloud observations, to collect evidence supporting your claim.

Meet 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting Keynote Speaker Jillian Anderson
Jillian Anderson has been a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing since 2018. A Massachusetts, USA, native, she initially got her Bachelor’s from Smith College (Northampton, Massachusetts) with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Chemistry. She has always had a passion for the sciences and learning, both in educational and non-academic endeavors. In 2016 she began pursuing a Masters of Education at Teachers College, Columbia University (New York, USA) and graduated with dual teaching certifications for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (K-12) and Chemistry (7-12).

The GLOBE Program would like to introduce 2022 Annual Meeting Keynote Speaker Yvonne Ivey-Parker. Yvonne is the project manager for the NASA Transform to Open Science Initiative, a $40 million, five-year mission focused on transforming the global science community to move toward opening up the scientific process for all.

Meet 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting Keynote Speaker Africa Flores-Anderson
The GLOBE Program would like to introduce a 2022 Annual Meeting Keynote Speaker Africa Flores-Anderson. Originally from Guatemala, Africa is a Research Scientist at the Earth System Science Center in the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), and a PhD student at the Department of Natural Resource Sciences, McGill University (Montreal, Quebec, Canada), and part of the Cardille Lab at McGill University.
