GLOBE Training Program
Ellen Foley, Fredonia Central Schools, and Cindy McMillan, Dunkirk City Schools, participate in a recent training about the GLOBE program given by Professor Michael Jabot, director, Institute for Research in Science Teaching at SUNY Fredonia. GLOBE projects allow elementary and secondary students to conduct “hands-on” science projects for which scientific protocols are used to measure aspects of the environment.
