On April 15 , 2014, Aquileia city will host the event "Earth Day", promoted locally by ISIS Malignani Cervignano in collaboration with schools , institutions, organizations, agencies , associations of Friuli Venezia Giulia . It is the 4th edition of Earth Day in Friuli Region. The day offers a multitude of activities , from environmental monitoring laboratories of integrated science teaching chemistry, physics, biology , earth sciences , history, archeology, fun experiences with the use of the products of the earth. The event will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  >>

On March 21, 2014, more than 3000 children, students, teachers and citizens took part in the great event - Rivers in Spring - in Mantova, Northern Italy, to celebrate the World Water Day 2014 for the 14th time: people gathered on Mantova Lakes (Mincio River), to carry on scientific, naturalistic and artistic activities, or make foot, boat excursions, all action in the environment to sensitize people to take action to defend it.  >>
