Experience research studies aligned to the new Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). Discuss ideas about how to combine science investigations with next generation science and engineering practices. Learn about opportunities to partner with other MSAP schools, JPL, NASA and other local scientists and use their visualizations and satellite data to gain a better understanding of science models. Learn about the latest JPL/NASA satellite missions and how scientists are looking at earth from space to make predictions about California drought. Learn about opportunities at UCLA for your students to present their research to local and International audiences. Math science and Project based learning connections will be addressed.
