Announcement: Coming in November -- New and Updated Website Features
The GLOBE website’s software is getting an upgrade. This upgrade will include a faster and more secure system, as well as improved site features. Visually the site will look the same to any user coming to check out the pages and information. However, when logging into the site as a GLOBE member, a user will note a few differences.

The meet-ups will start with a brief update from U.S. Country Coordinator Jen Bourgeault, and will proceed with a presentation or two from a GLOBE teacher or partner, with time for questions and conversation

GLOBE Teachers: NASA Earth Observatory Has Updated the Mission: Biomes to Support Interactive Learning
In celebration of 20 years since the first release, NASA Earth Observatory has updated the Mission: Biomes activity to support interactive learning and awareness of seven terrestrial biomes: Rainforest, Grassland, Temperate Deciduous Forest, Coniferous Forest, Desert, Tundra, and Shrubland.

U.S. High School Seniors: 2021 Regeneron Science Talent Search Application Now Open! Deadline 12 November
U.S. GLOBE high school seniors: The Regeneron Science Talent Search (Regeneron STS) application is now open. Regeneron STS provides a forum for original research that is recognized and reviewed by a jury of professional scientists. Deadline for applications is Wednesday, 12 November.
