Apply to be a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Planet Stewards today. Educators selected to join the Stewardship Community will be eligible to apply for mini-grant funding up to $2,500.00 to develop and carry out an environmental stewardship project.

NASA GLOBE Observer Hosts Facebook Live Event 09 November – Buzzing About Mosquitoes
NASA GLOBE Observer is hosting a Facebook Live event on Thursday, 09 November, at 3:00 p.m. ET. The event will focus on mosquito science and citizen science, and is a part of the celebration of the culmination of a global experiment using the Mosquito Habitat Mapper App in connection with International Science Center and Science Museum Day (which is 10 November).

Microgravity University for Educators (MgUE) invites teams of U.S. educators and high school students to solve technical problems by designing, building, and testing devices in NASA's unique facilities at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Tip of the Week: GLOBE eTraining provides the opportunity for new and existing GLOBE users to complete science protocol training at anytime, anywhere. GLOBE eTraining consists of multiple downloadable training modules, interactive digital field and lab experiences, online assessments for each module, and access to support through online discussion forums.

GLOBE Website Gets Fresh New Look! Website Down from 02-05 November – Data Entry Apps and Data Access and Viz Tools Will Remain Available
The GLOBE Program's homepage and organization pages are getting a makeover! The fresh new design and updated features will be unveiled on 06 November. The website will be closed for a few days while the tech team updates the site. Downtime will be as follows: Thursday, 02 November, starting at 4:00 p.m. PST (11 p.m. UTC) through Sunday, 05 November (specific time TBD).
