Workshop: NASA Langley, Hampton, VA - LEARN 2014, Virginia, United States


NASA's LEARN Project (Long-term Engagement in Authentic Research) is looking for STEM teachers, grades 6-12, to join a Research Team that will collaborate with NASA scientists on authentic research projects. Selected teachers receive training focused on atmospheric science and become GLOBE certified. After a 2-week summer on-site training, teachers continue their research through 2015 with virtual Research Team meetings and data presentations, and earn a stipend for participation. Teachers may also submit proposals for travel funding to present their research at related conferences. Application is open to U.S. citizens only.
