Rotary Club Honors GLOBE Project National Coordinator in Israel
Dr. Farid Hamdan of the Israeli Ministry of Education and Country Coordinator for the GLOBE Program in Israel, received the Rotary Club of Israel's Award for Tolerance in ceremony on 20 December 2013. Dr. Hamdan received the award for facilitating collaboration among students of all Israeli ethnic groups—Jewish, Muslim, Bedouin, Druze and Christian—to gather Earth science data.  >>
