U.S GLOBE partners met at the first and only HBCU, Xavier University of Louisiana during our week long STEM equity bootcamp. Preservice teachers are using GLOBE as a part of their methods courses to strengthen their math and science content knowledge and provide their students with opportunities to conduct Earth systems field investigations. Xavier University is working cross-departmentally to ensure their students are well-prepared and confident, both in educational theory and practice. Event Topics: Workshops type: globe-events
